I feel so good coming out of this desert I have been in for so long now, that it is with wonder I step back and realize how refreshing it is to endure through the end of a race or long journey when the end is in sight! I really don't mind the trials, struggles, and challenges of walking and living a life of faith, it is in those times we grow the most, learn the most, and are drawn closest to God. I don't like it per se, I have simply learned to not dislike it for the sake of my own discomfort. But I must say, there is nothing like a cold glass of water when you're hot and thirsty. To the One who quenches our thirst!
