Amidst the daily happenings of life, there is a calm place in my spirit that exists. It is that place of God-focus. I can go there any time of the day or night and connect to my Maker, Creator, Sustainer...I could go on all day! It's a place that I can go to retreat from the all-too-often storms of everyday. Why then am I so battered, disheveled, down right salty? I get to go to that place, I don't have to go. It seems lately, I am enjoying the calm of the eye. Where are you today, right now?
