I like routine, but I also like to think I am pretty free-spirited at times. Today, I didn't have my routine breakfast of oatmeal. OK, there are bigger fish to fry in the world! In going with the flow, I toasted a bagel. I have often said that a freshly toasted bagel is one of the hottest items you can handle on the planet! Why then did my "AHHH!!!" resonate through the house this morning?

In life, we make decisions everyday. Integrity is an all-encompassing thing; it is living without compartments. We are not able to do "well" in one area of our life, and be failing in another. The trick...don't grab a bagel out of the toaster...you know what will happen!
