I'm still camping out in James 4. I think there's something the Lord wants me to get before I move on! Normally I'm a divide and conquer kind of guy, blow through a chapter a morning, reflect on key passages of that chapter throughout the day; we've read it all before right? WRONG! The really cool thing about the Word of God is that it is fresh every day! Nothing better than warm, fresh-out-the-oven bread!

As a songwriter and creator of music, I am always looking toward tomorrow. James tells us that I'd better have my head in today, otherwise I would be in danger of operating in arrogance. Doing what the Lord wants me to do today, is righteous, passively NOT doing what i know I am supposed to do today is a sin!
